Our history

LR Signature Homes was established in Superior, Montana in 2003 by Lance and Sarah Ray who moved to Superior with their five children that same year. Prior to moving to Superior, Lance had extensive building and finish-work experience, helping construct a full range of homes from entry-level to multi-million dollar custom homes.

With the dream of forming a quality, full service construction company in Mineral County, the two set out and quickly became industry leaders in the area with their commitment to custom service and satisfaction.
