Everyone prides themselves for owning antique furniture as it adds beauty and charm in the room. To enhance this outlook, the owner has to carry out cleaning process regularly. While cleaning, the user has to have the basic cleaning materials. They will also need a number of soft cloths to be used for cleaning and others for polishing and buffing. A small paint brush with soft bristles is used to clean crevices in the furniture. To get rid of odors, the user should place shallow trays or cups containing baking soda in the drawers or cabinets. Lemon juice is used to remove sticky substances and residues that are in the antique furniture without damaging them.

After cleaning them, you can polish the antique furniture using lemon oil and rubbing it on the surface. This mixture can be purchased or made by the user. The oil polishes the surface while the lemon juice gives it a clean scent. Once cleaning has taken place, the user can maintain their furniture by dusting and polishing them.
